As a log truck driver; I need a boot that can take the riggers of multiple in and outs of my truck, walking on uneven, muddy ground and superior ankle support. The 'Kootenay 9' boot fits these requirements to perfection. I have had a pair before, and they have lasted the longest out of all my boots. Highly recommend these boots to fellow loggers. Price is good, shipping was fast. I will be doing business with these guys again.

As a service Truck mechanic, I was having a hard time finding a safety boot that would last more than 4 months. About five years ago I was in a store that sold the Viberg line of work boots. I loved the construction and the build quality even before I was told they were hand built in Victoria BC, Canada. After a few fittings I found a size that worked perfectly. They provide great traction and ankle support. Two requirements when working around heavy equipment. I have recently purchased my second pair because I love them so much. I’ll be sending my old boots in to get rebuilt. I look forward to five more years of solid performance out of these boots.
